$1000 Innovative Grants
It is again time to submit proposals for the Loveday Foundation’s $1000 Innovative Grants. A total of three grants (3) will be awarded:
· Elementary $1000
· Middle School $1000
· High School $1000
The grants will be awarded to the most creative and original projects to promote innovative activities to motivate students and to improve the teaching and learning process. An innovative project is one that places emphasis on the students, not the teacher. It should contain original and innovative ideas, involve a significant number of students, and have an impact which continues over time. An innovative project is NOT one which has as its main focus teacher advancement, travel, or a teacher’s course of study.

The deadline for submitting proposals is OCTOBER 16, 2009. Proposals may be emailed, faxed or mailed – but MUST arrive on or before October 16.
