We love you Margaret!

Margaret! Throughout the years, it has been amazing getting to know you! You have been an inspiration to me and the whole team. I really appreciate all the tips and support you gave me because it has really helped me succeed. I could not have asked for a better leader this year and I just wanted to let you know you had a big impact on my life! I wish you the best of luck at Furman and they are lucky to have you on their team! Thanks for everything! Love you!
- Emily (Edna)
The players on our team wanted to say thanks too :)

Marge! Thank you for being such a wonderful mentor for me for the past few years, not only with tennis but school and life in general. You always make everyone laugh and are nice to everyone! You have helped the team in rough times and no one could do it any better. Thank you for organizing everything and helping us stick together. I love you so much! We will miss you next year! I can't wait to visit you at Furman and watch you always win like you do on our team. Love you!!!
- Anna

Thanks so much for leading up a great first season! You were a great captain and always lead us in victories. My first season of playing tennis was a lot of fun and I owe much of that to you! Thanks!
- Liz

Marge, I really appreciate everything you have done for the team this year. You have put your hard work into making this season one of the best...I know that I will always remember it. I hope you have a great time at Furman and I know that you will do well. I can't wait to see you when you come and visit to watch our basketball games and tennis matches (hopefully!) Love ya girl!
Love always,
Jordan (Baby J)

Hey Margaret! I am so proud of you! You had such a great high school and junior career and I know you are going to carry that on to college. You will love Furman so much and really do well there. You are a great person and a great leader, and are going to inspire a lot of people. Good luck with everything!
- Adrienne

I've known Marge from when she was in 8th grade and I saw her hitting with Debbie. I introduced myself, but Marge would hardly speak to me. But now, Large and in Charge Marge and I are practically BFF. We even fight over the same guys...kidding...sort of. :) Marge is one of the best people I know in all terms. She's incredibly nice, humble, gracious, athletic, smart, funny, etc. And she can put away Chick Fil A nuggets like a true champ! I'm truly going to miss her next year and all of our inside jokes. Marge is one of the few people who actually understands my sense of humor and can make me laugh by imitating Lay's serious face or her mom's voice. Hey Marge, remember that time I knocked the racket out of Lay's hand? And that time Pierre was driving us through Gainesville and his car died and he had to go to a farmhouse for help and they refused to help him (possibly because of his French accent!) Love ya Margaret!
- Meg

BUCKY! Where to begin...You have been such an amazing leader on our team this season and I can't imagine being on the team without you. You are an incredible fighter and always support me with everything. I know this season we all didn't really know what to expect, but because of your leadership and dedication to this team we had a phenomenal season and even brought home a state title. I am extremely proud and honor to be apart of the tennis team with you. We couldn't have done it with out you Buck! I'm gonna miss you soooo much, but I know you are going to accomplish great things at Furman. I'll come cheer you on next season decked out in Furman gear with signs! This was our time and we did it! Love you Bucky!
- Big Syd

Margaret has not only been an amazing player on the team, but she inspires team spiritiand motivation throughout all of the singles and doubles teams. I am so glad i got to meet her this year because she truly has impacted my life and my passion for tennis. While on the court, I often here Margarets voice yelling and encouraging all of the other players including myself, which gives me that extra push of motivation. I wish Maragret the best at Furman and her presence will always remain on this team. PS, the team bracelets obviously brought good luck!

- Melissa

Margaret! I LOVE YOU! You are a freakin awesome senior leader and friend! I am going to miss you SO much next year! I love seeing your intensity on the court, and i love the way you cheer on the team. Always remember: Once you go black you never go back :) LOVE YOU!
- Kelly

We had a rocky start this year with all the need players coming in, but Margret being the team captain really pulled us together and made us a strong team. There was a ton of pressure on her being the only senior but she really pulled through for us and stayed on top of bringing us together as a team. Margret is am amazing player and great team leader and I wish that we could have another year with her She always pumped us up and really pulled through giving all of us confidence that we could win no matter what. I’m glad I got the chance to play with her for three years and I hope that she continues to do well in college.
- Greer

The highest compliment around the Brown household is "you're the greatest" as in Aidan saying, "Mom, you're the greatest!" so nothing less would do for you: "Margaret, you're the greatest!" - Coach Brown

We will all miss you Margaret! Best of luck! We love you!
