    I would GREATLY appreciate a parent volunteer that could coordinate the volunteer needs for our meets. This is not a huge amount of work, mainly securing people for each meet, getting information to our volunteers, and either coordinating at the meet or having someone that will be the point person for volunteers at each meet.     Volunteers Make the Meets Happen

    • For December 8, 2007:
    • We need volunteer timers and 1 scorer
    • Timers
      • Time each heat as back-up to the electronic timing system
      • Record time on supplied heat sheet
      • Need 2 timers per half
      • First half timers arrive by 5:20pm and time through the start of the boys 500 yd Freestyle
      • Second half timers should arrive by 7:30pm. Take over after the start of the boys 500 yd Freestyle and time through the end of the meet.
    • Scorer
      • The scorer assists the meet manager, checking point totals and posting race results.
      • We must supply one (1) scorer for the second half of the meet
      • The scorer should arrive by 7:30pm and plan to work through the end of the meet (~9:30pm)

    • National Anthem will be at 5:55pm

    • Girls events follow boys events
      • 200 Medley Relay (50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Fly, 50 Free)
      • 200 Freestyle
      • 200 Individual Medley (IM) (50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Free)
      • 50 Freestyle
      • 10 minute break
      • 100 Butterfly
      • 100 Freestyle
      • 500 Freestyle
      • 200 Freestyle Relay (4x50)
      • 100 Backstroke
      • 100 Breaststroke

      • All distances are yards
