- Consensus All-American, Atlanta Constitution Player of the Year at Smith
High School, Atlanta, Ga., 1980
- Played baskteball and was a co-captain at the University of Georgia from
1981-84, earning MVP status in NCAA East Regional Tournament and Cotton States
Classic in 1983.
- Drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers and played in the Continental Basketball
Association and several years in Europe.
- Named a Chik-Fil-A Legend during the 2003 SEC Basketball Tournament in New
Orleans.
