Coach Kane is entering his eighth year as Head Baseball Coach of the Athens Academy Spartans. He is a native of Rochester, New York, and played baseball at Benicia High School in California. Coach Kane played third base at Solona College in California. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and teaches physical education in the Lower and Middle Schools. He is active in Fellowship for Christian Athletes in the Middle and Upper Schools.

Coach Don Chuboff

Coach Chuboff is Head of the Physical Education Department at Athens Academy. His wife Mary teaches Science in the Upper School. His son Derek, an '06 graduate of Athens Academy plays football at Centre College. His two girls, Sarah and Kelly are in the Middle School. Coach Chuboff earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees at St. Lawrence University where he played catcher and earned his MS at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, AL. He is in his fourteenth year at Athens Academy.
Andrew is a senior majoring in Biology at The University of Georgia. This is his first year coaching at Athens Academy. Andrew graduating from McIntosh High School in Atlanta, where he starred in baseball as a catcher.
J.T. is a native of Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of Highland Park High School and is presently a junior at The University of Georgia. This is his second year coaching at Athens Academy.
Bevan is a native of Athens, Georgia. He is a graduate of Athens Academy and is presently a freshman at The University of Georgia. This is his first year coaching at Athens Academy. Bevan was an outstanding athlete at Athens Academy, earning varsity letters in football, basketball and baseball.
