The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion project presents its third essay contest on Chung Hyo Ye with prizes ranging form $1000 to $50. Students interested in reading Chung Hyo Ye, Tales of filial devotion, loyalty, respect and benevolence from the history and folklore of Korea and writing an essay on the work can submit for awards and publication opportunities. The Creative Communication “Celebration of Young Writers” awards over $3000 in prizes and awards to reward and inspire young writers. There are several opportunities to be nominated, both for poetry and prose. Students looking for an opportunity to publish should strongly consider this opportunity. This competition will take place on Thursday, November 8th at the Jackson EMC Headquarters in Jefferson, Ga.
