Optimist Oratorical Contest
Enter the 2007 Optimist Oratorical Contest --
Contestants must not have reached age 16 by December 31, 2006.
The official topic for this year's contest is "My Biggest Challenge is ...". Contestants will need to speak on topic for a time period of four to five minutes. Scoring is based on personal qualities, material organization, delivery, presentation, and overall effectiveness.
Winners of the Zone contest will be eligible to compete in the District competition with the top prize being a $1500 scholarship for college.
